• IMS will recruit the best candidate for a vacancy without discrimination of any kind.
  • IMS will take positive steps to ensure that it attracts, retains and develops the best candidate for the position at the time the post is being recruited.
  • The first interview will normally involve the direct line manager whilst the second interview will involve the line manager and another suitable Company representative, either a Director or HR Representative.
  • The selection criteria will be based on the competencies required for both the business and the available position.
  • The scoring process will be objective and evidenced by information gathered throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proof of qualifications will be required prior to commencement with IMS; a copy of relevant documents will be retained on file.
